Choose the OnDemand Independent Contractor Enrollment if you wish to conduct deliveries using your personal vehicle. "On Demand" delivery offers an exceptionally flexible schedule, allowing you to work whenever you're available, 24/7, as an Independent Contractor. The following criteria must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a requirement.
  • You should have valid insurance and vehicle registration.
  • A good driving record is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill delivery responsibilities.

These prerequisites ensure that Independent Contractors are well-equipped to provide efficient and dependable delivery services while utilizing their own vehicles.

OnWay Shift Work

Choose this enrollment if you prefer to use your personal vehicle for making deliveries. "Shift Work" delivery involves a full work day or shift, typically spanning 8 or 9 hours. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You should possess a valid driver's license.
  • Valid insurance and vehicle registration are mandatory.
  • A good driving record is a prerequisite.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill delivery responsibilities.
  • Availability for shifts on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is required.


These qualifications ensure that individuals are well-prepared to conduct efficient and reliable delivery services using their own vehicles during full work shifts.

Owner Operator Cargo/Sprinter Van

Choose this option if you are an Owner Operator of a Cargo or Sprinter Van. You may also opt for this enrollment if you have multiple subcontractors available for Final Mile deliveries. The following criteria apply:


  •  You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance is essential.
  • A good driving record is a prerequisite.
  •  You must provide updated documentation for your vehicle.


These requirements are crucial to ensure that Owner Operators and their teams meet the standards for safe and responsible operations in Final Mile deliveries.

Owner Operator Box Truck

Choose this option if you possess prior experience operating Box Trucks. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a 16' Box Truck to complete delivery tasks. The following qualifications are necessary:


  • A minimum of one year of experience driving Box Trucks.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid Medical DOT card or Chauffeur's license.
  • A clean driving record, as indicated by your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).


These requirements are essential to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Box Trucks for delivery purposes.
